I am a freelance kitchen supervisor in a central kitchen for Rempah Ratus by A2 weddings & events management.My job scope is ensure they practise good hygiene,delegation,coordination,effective communication among crew.
All dishes have to be inspected by me or the manager before it goes out for catering or delivery.
Paying attention to details and consistency in the dishes that is prepared is important to us.
I hope to be able to join this team for a more stable income.
